Student Expectations

practice with commitment on regular basis to learn the art of music .
Arrive on time with all music books and materials needed for the lesson.
Please bring a notebook to write down the homework to be worked on each week
Complete all assignments of the week.
Practice a minimum of 30 minutes per day .
Participate in Lana Piano Center activities including the annual recitals and attend lessons consistently.
I value honest communication and invite students and parents to share Questions, concerns, or ideas.

Practice and Parental Support

Parental support is an extremely important factor in musical training. Encouragement and praise are the two most important things you can give to your child.In addition you can help to maintain your child’s motivation in the following practical ways:

keep the instrument in good condition.
reduce practical stresses
Encourage music-making activities outside the lesson
Parents are encouraged to attend the weekly lesson(s) so the parent is better equipped to assist his/her child with home practice sessions.
Help your child to arrive on time, and if missing the lesson please give as much advance notice as possible.

Please be prompt after the lesson to pick up your child from the classroom, providing caregiver or driver name for pickup your children.
Keep an open line of communication with the teacher about the student’s progress.

Registration and Fees

Registration must be completed by first reading the Lana Piano Center terms & conditions then filling a registration form .
Exams fees, recitals fees or any other activity are not included in the classes package price.
package Fees can be paid by cash,card or cliq.
From the date the package is purchased ,students have three months to start the package.
Promotions offered by Lana Piano Center cannot be adjusted against previously purchased packages.
All fees are non –Refundable

Schedule

One to one Lessons will be held once or twice a week for thirty minutes, forty-five minutes, or one hour, depends on schedule availability &your choice Group lessons Group lessons beginner music classes for piano,theory of music , group voice lessons, recorder, percussions , group drumming, , group ukulele ,Band classes , early childhood music education, music &Art & more

Tuition

Monthly tuition is due, in advance, on the first lesson of each month.
You will receive an invoice through WhatsApp or a written invoice for the upcoming Month at the end of each month.

Missed Lessons

Regular attendance of lessons is an issue of responsibility and choice on the part of parents and students.
Missed lessons with few hours notice are not refunded and cannot make up the lesson
Lana Piano Center is not responsible to refund or make up any missing lessons without 24 hours cancellation notice.
Make up private lessons could be scheduled face to face or online.
The number of cancellations ,permitted depends on the package purchased
If a lesson is cancelled by Lana Piano Center due to teacher absence, public holidays or extreme weather conditions a make-up lesson will be scheduled in the same week before next class.
If a lesson is cancelled due to a planned vacation and you have given Lana Piano Center a week notice, we may schedule a make-up lesson or be credited towards future lessons.
If the teacher is unavailable Lana Piano Center will offer other timings to reschedule make -up lessons,If the student cannot come at the offered timing, the lesson is forfeited.
Make-up lessons cannot be carried forward beyond the package expiry.
Students who regularly cancel lessons will lose their lesson slot.
